We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Doristino. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or refund. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for the following cases:

  • Damaged product upon arrival.
  • Incorrect item received.
  • Wrong size delivered compared to the order.

To request an exchange, contact us at doristinostore@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

2. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
  • If the order is already sent to our warehouse for processing or shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
  • A 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

3. Returns & Refund Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery if they meet the conditions below:

  • Product arrives damaged, broken, or defective.
  • Product design, size, or material differs from your order.
  • Product description significantly mismatches the received item.

Conditions for Returns

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Items modified by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads) that can be easily fixed are not considered defects.

4. How to Request a Return/Refund

  1. Email doristinostore@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Proof of purchase
    • Photos/videos of the defective/damaged item
    • Photos of packaging and shipping label
  2. Our support team will review and reply within 2–3 business days.
  3. Once approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable carrier and provide us the tracking number.

Important: Do not return items without prior email confirmation. We cannot process unapproved or lost returns.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. No restocking fee applies.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and include the original shipping fee if the return is due to our error.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take up to 15 days to appear in your account.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Lost or damaged packages during return shipping (if tracking is not provided).
