We ship worldwide on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Time to receive your order = Production Time + Transit Time + Order Cut‑off Time.
Shipping Rates
- United States: Flat rate $5.99 per order.
- International: Flat rate $8.99 per order.
- Final shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Cut‑off & Processing
- Daily cut‑off: 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) [GMT‑05:00 or GMT‑04:00 in Daylight Saving]. Orders placed after cut‑off are treated as the next business day.
- Production time: Typically 2–3 business days for standard items. Complex or personalized items may require additional time.
Estimated Transit Times
- Within the United States: ~ 5–7 business days.
- Other countries: ~ 7–15 business days.
- Remote locations, peak seasons, or carrier backlogs may extend delivery times.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after carrier pickup.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Please enter a complete and accurate address (including apartment, building, floor, or unit numbers).
- We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to sender for an invalid/undeliverable address, we can reship after you confirm the correct address (additional postage may apply).
- Severe weather, natural events, or carrier disruptions can cause delays outside our control.
International Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not collected by Doristino and are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs processing can add extra time to delivery.
Late or Missing Deliveries
Most orders arrive within the estimated window; however, delays can occur due to incorrect addresses, missing apartment/unit numbers, extreme weather, carrier backlogs, or customs clearance.
If your order is late, please contact us at doristinostore@gmail.com with your order ID. We aim to respond within 1–3 business days.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged on arrival: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist.
- Marked delivered but not received: First check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us for a trace.
Restrictions & Notes
- We may ship orders in multiple parcels at no extra cost if it speeds delivery.
- Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or certain regions; if applicable, we will contact you for an alternative address.
- Pre‑order items ship when available; your order may show a single or split shipment depending on stock.
